A delightful, unfiltered Pet-Nat from a blend of Grolleau Gris and Pineau d'Aunis, made by the traveling négoce project, "Les Equilibristes," a collaboration between Francois de Monval and Florent Girou. Grapes are certified organic from a small grower in the Loire Valley.
