“Aniversari” is a special cuvée celebrating 20 years of Vinos Pijoan! Old-vine, dry-farmed Zinfandel from the Bibayoff vineyard, which sits in a more isolated, arid section of Baja. Big, bold & fruit-forward with smooth tannins and fresh acidity. Blackberry, plum, fig, dark chocolate, chalky earth and just a hint of pine & smoke on the palate.
